Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon (Salmo Salar) ( Fish ) (95%), Tuscan Herb Glaze (5%) (Sugar, Maltodextrin, Flour Rice, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic 3%), Thickener (415), Herb (Parsley 1.5%), Vegetable Oil, Spices, Colour (160c), Herb Extract (Rosemary), Spice Extract)

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

EASY COOK IN 10 MINUTES

  • Although every care has been taken to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain
  • Shelf-life 24 months from manufacture
  • Keep frozen and store below -18°C
  • Once defrosted, store at or below 5 °C for 7 days day of defrost.

Pan Fry/BBQ/Grill

Season to taste, brush or spray salmon with oil. On a medium heat, carefully place each portion skin-side 
down and cook for 4-5 min before turning the portion over for another 3-4 minutes. 

Oven

Preheat oven to 200oC (190oC fan forced). Season to taste, lightly brush salmon with oil, Place in oven and cook for 15-
20 min until cooked through and golden brown. 

Product must be cooked before consumption.
