Responsibly caught in the cool, clean waters of New Zealand, these moist Southern Blue Whiting fillets have a delicate flavour encased in golden crispy crumbs, and then snap frozen to lock in freshness and taste.

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
EASY COOK IN 12 MINUTES

Keep frozen store at -18°C or below

Do not thaw Whiting Fillets, cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.

PAN FRY – MEDIUM HEAT, 8-10 MINUTES

Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan, place Whiting Fillets in hot pan and fry for 4 - 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown & crispy.
OVEN BAKE, 200°C (190°C FAN FORCED), 16 MINUTES

Place Whiting Fillets on a lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 16 - 18 minutes, turning half way through, until cooked or golden brown & crispy.
DEEP FRY, 180°C, 6 MINUTES
- Add Whiting Fillets to pre-heated oil and fry for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown & crispy.
