PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
EASY COOK IN 6 MINUTES

Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze

Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.

Product must be cooked thoroughly before consumption. Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only.

Thaw Southern Blue Whiting Fillets in refrigerator overnight. Rinse & pat dry with paper towel before cooking. Consume within 2 days of thawing, once thawed do not refreeze.
PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT, 6 MINUTES

Heat some oil in a frying pan, season Southern Blue Whiting Fillets with salt & pepper - or lightly dust with seasoned flour.

Place fillets in the frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
OVEN BAKE, 200°C (190°C FAN), 16 MINUTES

Lightly brush Southern Blue Whiting Fillets with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.

Place fillets on a lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 16 minutes, or until cooked to your liking (turning half way through).
