PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

EASY COOK IN 6 MINUTES

  • Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.  

  • Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze 

  • Product must be cooked thoroughly before consumption. Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only. 

  • Thaw Salmon Portions in refrigerator overnight. Consume within 2 days of thawing, once thawed do not refreeze. 

PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT, 4-6 MINUTES

OVEN BAKE, 200°C (180°C FAN FORCED), 15-20 MINUTES

BBQ/GRILL, MEDIUM HEAT, 4-6 MINUTES
