Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) (Fish).

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

EASY COOK IN 6 MINUTES

  • Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.  

  • Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze 

  • Product must be cooked thoroughly before consumption. Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only. 

  • Thaw Salmon Portions in refrigerator overnight. Consume within 2 days of thawing, once thawed do not refreeze. 

PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT, 4-6 MINUTES

  • Heat some oil in the pan, season Salmon portions with salt & pepper.  

  • Place Salmon skin-side down, pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

OVEN BAKE, 200°C (180°C FAN FORCED), 15-20 MINUTES

  • Lightly brush Salmon portions with olive oil, season with salt & pepper. Place Salmon skin-side up on a lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or cooked to your liking. 

BBQ/GRILL: MEDIUM HEAT, 4-6 MINUTES

  • Lightly brush Salmon portions with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.  

  • Place Salmon skin-side down on heated BBQ or Grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
