Squid (Dosidicus gigas) (Mollusc) (78%), Coating (Canola & Soybean Oil, Thickener (1404), Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Wheat Gluten, Emulsifier (450), Egg White Powder, Raising Agent (500), Acidity Regulators (330, 331), Yeast, Salt (1%), Pepper (1%), Dextrose (Wheat))

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

EASY ENTERTAINING QUICK COOK

  • Do not thaw Salt & Pepper Squid, cook from frozen. This product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.  
  • Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only. 

PAN FRY – MEDIUM HEAT, 4-6 MINUTES

  • Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, no need to add oil. Add Salt & Pepper Squid and fry for 4 - 6 minutes, or until golden and to your liking. 

AIR FRY – 200°C, 9-10 MINUTES

  • Add Salt & Pepper Squid to the air fryer basket and cook for 9 - 10 minutes, or until golden and to your liking (jostling the basket around halfway through cooking). 

OVEN BAKE– 220°C, 10 MINUTES

  • Place frozen Salt & Pepper Squid on a non-stick baking sheet and place in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden & to your liking. 

DEEP FRY – 180°C, 3 MINUTES

  • Add Salt & Pepper Squid to hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes, or until golden brown & crispy.
