Thaw Barramundi Fillets in refrigerator overnight. Rinse & pat dry with paper towel before cooking. Consume within 2 days of thawing, once thawed do not refreeze.
PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT, 6-10 MINUTES

Heat some oil in a frying pan, season Barramundi Fillets with salt & pepper.

Place fillets in the frying pan and fry for 3 - 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
