PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
EASY COOK IN 6 MINUTES

Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.

Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze

Thaw Basa Whiting Fillets in refrigerator overnight. Rince & pat dry with paper towel before cooking. Consume within 2 days of thawing, once thawed do not refreeze.
PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT, 4-6 MINUTES

Heat some oil in a frying pan, season Southern Basa Fillets with salt & pepper - or lightly dust with seasoned flour.

Place fillets in the frying pan and fry for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
