Wild Caught New Zealand Hoki Fillets

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

EASY COOK IN 6 MINUTES

  • Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze. 

  • Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze  

  • Product must be thoroughly cooked before consumption. 

  • Cooking times may vary, cooking times are a guide only.  

  • Thaw Hoki Fillets in the refrigerator overnight

  • Rince & pat dry with paper towel before cooking. 

PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT - 6 MINS

  • Heat oil in a frying pan, season Hoki Fillets with salt & pepper – or lightly dust with seasoned flour.

  • Place fillets in the frying pan and fry for 2 – 3 mins on each side, or until cooked to your liking. 

OVEN BAKE, 200°C (190°C FAN FORCED), 16 MINS

  • Lightly brush Hoki Fillets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. 

  • Place fillets on a lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 16 minutes, or until cooked to your liking (turning half way through).
