PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

EASY COOK IN 4 MINUTES

  • Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.  

  • Product must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.  

  • Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only. 

PAN FRY – MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT, 3-4 MINUTES

  • Thaw Scallops in refrigerator overnight or place frozen scallops in a colander and place under cold running water for a few minutes until thawed. Pat dry the scallops with paper towel to remove excess moisture, then season with salt & pepper.
  • Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan, add some oil to the hot pan then place thawed Scallops into pan. 

  • Pan fry for 2 - 4 minutes tossing frequently until firm and golden brown.
