Panko Crumbed Coating (60%) (Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Corn), Modified Starch (1412), Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Thickening Agent (1404), Wheat Protein, Raising Agents (450, 500, 341), Bread Improver (Natural Colour (170), Firming Agent (516), Antioxidant (300), Enzyme (1100)), Prawns (Litopenaeus vannamei) (40%) (Crustacean) (Prawns (99%), Salt, Acidity Regulators (451, 452)).

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Keep frozen store at -18°C or below 

  • Do not thaw Panko Crumbed Prawns, cooked from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.  

  • Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only. 

AIR FRYER, 200°C, 8-9 MINUTES

  • Add Panko Crumbed Prawns to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 - 9 minutes, or until golden and crispy (turning prawns around halfway through cooking). 

OVEN BAKE, 200°C, 15 MINUTES

  • Place frozen Panko Crumbed Prawns on a non-stick baking sheet and place in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until Prawns are golden & crispy. 

DEEP FRY, 180°C, 3 MINUTES

  • Add Panko Crumbed Prawns to hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes, or until golden brown & crispy.
