PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
EASY COOK IN 4 MINUTES

Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.

Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze

Product must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.

Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only.

Thaw Prawns in a bowl in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight. Drain Prawns before cooking. Use within 24 hours of thawing, once thawed do not refreeze. If quick thawing is required, place frozen Prawns in a colander and rinse under cold running water for 4-6 minutes. Rotate Prawns to ensure an even thaw and fully frosted. Drain Prawns before cooking.
PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT, 3-4 MINUTES

Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, add some oil to the hot pan and then place thawed Prawns into the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove Prawns when cooked.
