Squid (Dosidicus gigas) (Mollusc) (51%), Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Gluten, Modified Tapioca Strach (1420), Modified Corn Starch (1404), Salt, Soy Protein Isolate, Thickener (415), Raising Agents (450, 500), Flavour Enhancers (Disodium guanylate (627), Disodium inosinate 631)), Soybean Oil, Dextrose (Wheat), Dry Yeast, Egg.

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not thaw Crumbed Squid Rings, cook from frozen.

This product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.

Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only.
PAN FRY – MEDIUM HEAT, 2-3 MINUTES
- Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, no need to add oil. Add Crumbed Squid Rings and fry to 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
OVEN BAKE– 230°C, 8 MINUTES

Place frozen Crumbed Squid Rings on a non-stick baking sheet and place in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden & crispy.
AIR FRY – 200°C, 6-7 MINUTES
- Add Crumbed Squid Rings to the air fryer basket and cook for 6-7 minutes, or until golden & crispy (jostling the basket around halfway through cooking).
DEEP FRY – 180°C, 3 MINUTES
- Add Crumbed Squid Rings to hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes, or until golden & crispy.
