PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

EASY COOK IN 4 MINUTES

  • Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.  

  • Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze 

  • Product must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.  

  • Cooking times may vary, these cooking times are a guide only. 

  • Thaw Squid Tubes in the refrigerator overnight and use within 2 days of thawing, once thawed do not refreeze. 

PAN FRY, HIGH HEAT, 4 MINUTES

  • Pre-heat some olive oil in a frying pan on high heat, add Squid Tubes and fry for 2 minutes on each side until cooked.  

BBQ/GRILL, HIGH HEAT, 4 MINUTES

  • Lightly brush Squid Tubes with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.  

  • Add seasoned Squid Tubes to pre-heated grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
